Billing for phones after leaving Xfinity

My husband and I left Xfinity in December 2025. Several times I've requested a statement of what we still owe for phones we had with them. Being told that can't be provided since Xfinity removed my account from their app, which currently shows my internet account. Also, I've been told that the one line isn't even the phone we had. It's showing  S20 +, not an S25 ultra. The S20+ we haven't had in sometime. Both lines on account were S25 ultra. We need a statement from Xfinity showing a final bill with an itemized billing of each phone that we need to pay off. Have gone to the store, on the phone and spoke with online chat, nobody can assist us.
