Billing extension

I have called Xifinity about an extension to my past due. I have been without work for a month due to Covid19. I was told by one of your rep that I need to pay by end of month. Well first my Internet comes in and out more than 2 months. I really need an extension until the 8th of August hopefully unemployment will get deposit. I am still waiting for my funds from unemployment. Please help. My son need the Internet so do I for online school.
