Billing Extension Help

Hello,

I spoke with an agent last night about extending my payment arrangement. They said that they had set it up for me and that I could pay next week. However, the payment still tried to come out today and the extension they promised they put in was never set up!! I do not have the funds right now as I do not get paid until next week. Why say that they set up the arrangement when they never did? What should I do in this situation? I work from home and need the internet so I can keep my job and make money.
