Billing Errors
This is such a long story to put it all here. Basically, they locked me out of my phone the beginning of October2025, sent me a backup phone I did not order and are charging me for it even though I sent it back. Still billing me for all of that and the phone they locked me out of. I'm at the point of getting an attorney. Because all of my billing was done through auto pay with Discover they are still charging me and Discover will not credit me until I have proof. THIS IS REDICULOUS.
