Billing error

I changed my plan back in February and spoke to a supervisor and my new plan was $270.21 incl tax. The new bill just generated is 292.47😩

I know this has to be an error! I know it should not have increased over $20 when I just changed to a new plan. Please help fix this error. Thanks!
