Billing Error

Elderly customer on autopay has been billed for 5 boxes despite only having 3 in her possession for the last 2-3 years. Need a corporate research request and an audit of the “ghost” equipment list.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
