Billing error

Hello -- 

I have auto-payed all my bills to comcast every month, but suddenly have a balance of about $36 that I recently began getting overdue notices for. I need someone to check my record and clear up where these charges came from.

This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill is a great resource to show you how to view your detailed bills to see what changes may have occurred or outline all the charges on your services. I highly recommend reviewing your last two months of billing statements and compare them to each other to see what changes may have occurred.

 

This link https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity is a great self-service link to view available promotions,  make changes or upgrades to your services. Let me know if this information was helpful for you in finding out the charges on your account
