Billing error
Hello --
I have auto-payed all my bills to comcast every month, but suddenly have a balance of about $36 that I recently began getting overdue notices for. I need someone to check my record and clear up where these charges came from.

I highly recommend reviewing your last two months of billing statements and compare them to each other to see what changes may have occurred.
