Billing error

Dear xfinity/Comcast,

I am writing to formally notify you that the disconnection of my service at my residence located at [Edited: Personal information] is unlawful, given that I delivered the payment for my account by mail on the due date. The disconnection of my service [Removed information: "Not Comcast related"].

It is imperative that my service be restored immediately to avoid further legal action. I expect confirmation of the reinstatement of my service within 24 hours of receiving this notice. Failure to do so will result in me pursuing all available legal remedies to protect my rights and seek compensation for any damages incurred due to this unlawful disconnection.
