Billing error

I have tried 3 different cards to pay my bill.tosay and none of them worked. My service gets shutoff tomorrow. What do I do??

Be careful with your credit cards. My wife called to cancel one service and they folks in Pakistan or Dubai started charging multiple items in the hundreds of dollars and our bank locked down our card and refunded them. I'd only use a credit card and the online platform don't call in with a card over the phone. My bill was paid that day so we had a zero balance and they still tried multiple fraudulent charges.

@Mikencoli1433  Call into the automated phone service and request a payment extension. That is only done through the phone or the Xfinity app. Download it today if you haven't yet. You can then make a cash payment with the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat to make sure your payments are on time and that service stays on.
