Billing error - receiving bills for previous resident

I am receiving bills for a service address that belongs to a previous resident. I need to speak to support to unlink this account from my address. I will wait for an official employee to invite me to Direct Message.

Are you getting paper bills in the mail, Email notifications about bills, or is your Xfinity profile linked with another account? You can find instructions to link and unlink multiple online profiles here if needed.
