Good afternoon @user_3dog1t, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your billing concerns. We appreciate your feedback and understand where your frustrations are coming from. Rest assured, our team is here to help.

To get started, may I confirm whether you are enrolled in Auto Pay using a bank account rather than a credit or debit card? Also, can you please let us know when you first started your service?

I apologize for any miscommunication or misinformation @user_3dog1t. The Auto Pay and Paperless Billing discount does require enrollment in Auto Pay using a checking account rather than a credit or debit card.

For more information regarding the discount requirements, please review the following article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing

If you'd like to update your Auto Pay payment method to a checking account, you can follow the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments.

Please let us know if you have any questions about the process. We're happy to help clarify any concerns and review your account further if needed.
