Billing Dispute: Extremely Frustrated
Seems like there is no way to send an email, thus I am posting here. I am extremely frustrated with how my billing dispute has been handled. I previously had a $40 promotional rate, and when that promotion expired, I contacted Xfinity specifically to find out what options were available.
Your representative told me that if I signed up for the new deal, I would temporarily pay $55, and that after 10–12 days I could switch to a new promotion that would bring my bill back to $40. I was also clearly told that any extra amount charged would be credited back to me. I proceeded with the change based on those specific promises. I was also told that the $80 monthly amount shown on my account was temporary and only for reference and that I should not worry about it.
I want Xfinity to go back and check the chat history and see what was promised. I expect Xfinity to correct my billing and apply the appropriate credit. If this cannot be resolved immediately, please escalate this complaint to a supervisor or the appropriate billing/customer-retention team. I will be canceling my line if this is not resolved.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
