Billing Dispute — Device Payment Plan Discrepancy (Account [Edited])

Hi, hoping the Digital Care team can help with a billing dispute.

I've had ongoing signal/coverage issues on my line that haven't been resolved despite calling support and visiting a store in person. I need to switch providers and want to pay off my device balance in full.

My signed Payment Schedule Rider (Agreement #0a71270c-9fac-4bd4-83af-9a379b221931) states "Amount of Monthly Payments: $8.33." But the same agreement lists Total of Payments as $599.99 over 24 months — which doesn't match ($8.33 × 24 = $199.92, not $599.99). I was quoted a payoff based on $599.99, not the $8.33 I actually signed for.

Can someone review this and provide a corrected payoff in writing based on the terms I signed?

Happy to share account details as needed.

Thanks.
