billing discrepancy

it’s ridiculous. No one picks up the phone. The agents are [Edit: Language] and I’m being overcharged and I can’t get a hold of someone.

I actually finally did after two hours. Got to speak to someone who resolved my issue in three minutes. I don’t like being rude, and I apologize for calling them stupid but there was no other word I could think of these chats are not helping at all. They’re getting everybody frustrated you can’t speak to anybody. It’s just so overwhelmingly frustrating
