Billing discounts

I have been a Comcast customer for 2+ years, and my most recent bill jumped over $30. I've been reading about different discounts including a 55+ among others. Would like more information about things to possibly lower my bill, or we might have to consider other options for our tv and internet needs.

user_8j09ba Thank you so much for your post for help on discount options. I will let you know if you hit the 2-year mark, your promotional discount more than likely expired. You can always get a new promotion to start receiving a discounted rate again. We do have an awesome option for our current and former military customers, as well as low-income service options for internet, in some areas there are other options for discounts for 65+, low-income households, and even if you are disabled and not able to work. Those discount offers since they are only in specific areas are not able to be combined with most other offers so we always recommend checking out our current promotional offers first!

@XfinityAmandaB ....While I couldn't get the promotional offers to load on my page, I would qualify for the disability offer I believe. But I can't find any info on the specifics to this offer. The other offers such as 65+ or former military would not apply for us

Hi there, @user_8j09ba thank you so much for reaching back out. We do have a low-cost internet service for qualifying households, with speeds of up to 50 Mbps for $9.95 per month or up to 100 Mbps for $29.95 per month. Internet Essentials also includes a free wireless gateway, access to Xfinity WiFi Hotspots, and free internet training. You can go online to https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials or you can contact that department directly at 1-855-846-8376 for further assistance. We also do have a new service called NOW Internet which has service starting at $30 per month, you can go to https://www.xfinity.com/now/internet for further information.-Richard
