billing discount
When I signed up for Xfinity Internet on July 12, 2025, I was told I would receive a $10 monthly discount for enrolling in automatic payments and paperless billing, in addition to my promotional discount. I enrolled in Autopay and paperless billing at that time using my debit card, but the $10 discount has never appeared on my bills. I recently reviewed your website and saw that as of June 26, 2025, the $10 automatic payments and paperless billing discount only applies when using a stored bank account, which was not clearly explained to me when I started service on July 12. I have now updated my Autopay method to use my bank account while remaining enrolled in paperless billing. I'm requesting that the $10 automatic payments and paperless billing discount be applied to my account going forward now that my payment method meets the requirements. Assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

user_9rnyui thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forum page to reach out regarding a discount for your bill. I do want to clarify one thing regarding that autopay discount for you. The automatic payment would need to be setup using a bank account. In the past, we previously had an option to retain a $5 monthly discount with a debit/credit card, however now a bank account is needed to actualize that savings.
You mentioned having made the switch to a bank account already, so going forward that discount should be applied. It can take up to 30 days for the autopay method to go into effect though, so your very next bill may not yet reflect it, but each one thereafter would.
