Billing date

My modem is being delivered tomorrow, however my billing date shows 26th July as the start date on my bill. My pay cycle is now 26th July to 25th August.

I was told my billing cycle would start when I activate my modem.

I have been trying to call support for the last hour and the service is honestly the most aggravating experience ever.

user_2g3cqq thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forum to reach out regarding your billing. I can confirm that service will begin once your equipment is activated, so you wouldn't be charged for any service tied to dates that you did not have service active.
