Billing credit

I canceled with Xfinity as well as canceled my auto withdraw and it was still taken out of my account. I need to be reimbursed

Hello, @user_7kqdf, how are you? When did your cancellation finalize, and when was the payment taken? It can take a little bit of time for everything to process but if you have a credit balance you will get the refund.
