Billing credit request for unused service since May 2025

Since May 2025, I have been outside the United States and have not used my Xfinity services. I requested to pause my service, but my request was denied, and I have continued to be billed during this time.

Because I was not able to use the service at all, I am requesting a credit for the charges applied from May until now. If this credit can be applied to my account balance, I am happy to continue using Xfinity services moving forward.

Please review my account and confirm how much credit can be issued.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
