Billing credit - not eligible when it's not and official outage?
I'm really concerned with the current situation, today Jun 23, around 1 PM EST my XFinity gateway started blinking green instead of steady white and there was not internet util approximately 8 PM, then it went back again. Meanwhile, i tried to reboot, check disconnect, cables, plugs, wall faucets etc. etc. Upsetting thins is this - i have no internet in the middle of the working day (hello, i'm remote IT programmer and depend of internet), but all Xfininty tells me and knows about it: "No outages at your address" and "Your router appears to be offline". The best thing they can do is send someone to take a look in 2 days? Really? And of course not eligible for credit because... there was not outage in the area! Not a first time, not even second...

Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I apologize that you've been having trouble with your services and can certainly understand how frustrating it is when things are not working when you need them most. Our team can assist with further reviewing this for you and can also review the account to provide a credit for the time it hasn't been working properly. Typically, we would want to wait until we can confirm your services are working again to better calculate the total timeframe for the credit, but we'll take a look. Would you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
