Billing Cost Problems Are Stressing Me Out and I wish there was a human working for xfinity that could help me with my struggles.

I have been loyal to Comcast/Xfinity for internet as long as I have lived on my own in the service area that Xfinity serves. I have never had an issue with actual internet service with Xfinity, and have been mostly satisfied up until this point. I feel frustrated, taken for granted, and simply just another number to the big corporation for what's happening to me. I am begging for a human with potential to help me through this issue to help save me. 

I currently pay $40 monthly for Gigabit along with Gigabit x2. I used to pay $38, but I know every year Xfinity increases service fees by $2, so I let it go. HOWEVER. If I don't get help with my issue, I will have to look elsewhere for internet service. I work from home on the internet teaching students with special needs all day long. I am in need of reliable, stable, affordable internet as teachers don't make a livable wage. 

My current bill states that my cost is set to increase nearly 300% within the next couple of weeks if I don't say anything. I absolutely cannot afford to spend $150 a month on internet, when all I use is internet, NO phone, NO television, JUST INTERNET. 

Currently I am receiving various promotions that expire within the next few weeks, which are: 

-12-month promotion discount of $59 expiring on April 14 

-Loyalty discount of $30 ending on May 8 

-12-month service discount of $15 ending April 14 

If all of these discounts expire and my cost goes up this significantly, I will have to call AT&T for service. I have never once switched away from Xfinity in the time that I have lived in the service area. I feel overwhelmed, taken advantage of, and honestly frustrated. I spend my life working to improve the lives of children that are the future of the world, and I am unable to sustainably live. I cannot have my own children because I do not have the money to afford the luxury. I cannot have a literal house that I could build into a home because I do not have enough income and my expenses are too high. The only utility that I rely on to literally live, work and function is my internet. I am begging for guidance and assistance from someone who can actually help me so that I can hold on to the little bit of life that I have as a teacher working online to help children who otherwise would not be able to navigate life outside of school. PLEASE HELP ME KEEP MY INTERNET COST UNDER $45 FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS, I BEG OF SOMEONE, I BEG TO G-D PLEASE.

Is there anyone human actually working on this forum? I tried chat support and no response, despite being told that I was number 0 in the queue. I am looking for help here, begging for it actually.
