Billing concerns

Why are you trying to run a payment through my bank when there is a credit on my account of $61+.
Ya'll need to get your act together over there.  This is the kind of stuff that [Edited: "Language"].
What also [Edited: "Language"] is that I was told by the technician who just recently connected my internet- being that I have not had service since 08/11/2026 and barely connected on 09/07/2026- tells me there aren't fiber optic connections in my area, and I called the retention/loyalty dept, and they advised me that there is fiber optic internet in my area. I am so tired of getting different answers from anyone I call there.
That charge that you are going to put on my account better be removed. You can send me this email, but you cannot review the account and see that there is a credit of $61+ on there that will cover my payment.
If that charge is not removed, I will cancel my services with XFINITY.

Hello @user_qp2v7w, thank you for taking the time to leave a post.  Sorry to hear about the experience you've had with both your billing and the conflicting information you've received. I can certainly understand how frustrating and upsetting that must be, especially after being without service. Consistency and clear communication are important, and I can see why this situation has left you feeling disappointed. We would be happy to take a closer look at your account to review the balance and address any concerns regarding your billing. For your privacy and the security of your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
