Billing concern
Hello,
I talked to an xfinity agent on the phone about paying the $145.90 for my bill today and the again when the bill is due in August I do not have the amount they are asking and they told me my option was to pay the $145.90 until the 29th then $157 by August 6. I get paid bi-monthly and do not have for both amounts and was wondering if just get the internet reconnected for the $145.90 for longer than what my "option" was for. I know we are behind but I need the internet for online schooling.
