Billing complaints
Ive been overbilled for almost a year with duplicitous charges gor streaming services, along with charges for Paramount+ Showtime which Ive never been able to access. I have called in an effort to remedy this more than 5 times. I have also talked to tech support 3 times in an effort to resolve the no access issue. Each time I call or text, your teps try to upsell
me, but do not resolve my billing or access issues. Ii have not l been credited for the double billing, and Im still being charged for the channels I cant access (each time I try, I get a message that I need a subscription to access). Xfinity is the most corrupt and unethical service provider I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. I will be forwarding all of my proof and paper trail to the BBC, FTC and Cfinitycorporate. And I guarantee I will spread the word about how lacking in integrity and customer setvice
your company is.
