Billing charges
I received a notification when I logged into my Xfinity app stating that my internet modem needed to be upgraded at no additional cost or change to my monthly bill, but when I checked my bill for next month there was a significant increase and also showed that my monthly bill is higher. That’s not what I was told originally or what I agreed to. I also want to remove AMC+ and Starz from my bill but having difficulty doing so. Can someone follow up with me ASAP? Preferably a phone call.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
