Billing Charge of "Lmtd Basic Converter"

Can you please deal with this issue like other users, I don't think we own any equipment , I use my own modem and routers, thanks.

There is a "Lmtd Basic Converter" charge 11.85$ per month on my bill statement , I didn't receive any equipment from xfinity like modem or router, so this should be an overcharge for me.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
