Billing, Chaning plan before renewal, incorrect billing

Just changed my plan before the renewal without the promotional offer.

The promotional offer was expiring in 2 days and I just renewed for something cheaper, yet my billing

tells me I'll be billed for the next month at my previous plan without any promotional offer (absurd t

price). Trying to figure out ASAP if Ill be credited.

If you just changed your plan and recently received a bill, it's not going to reflect the change until the next bill is generated. Pay the bill as it stands and your next bill will be be prorated and reflect your new plan.
