Billing change

I am on a 24 month contract that provides a $40 discount. It started in July 2019 and should run until July 2021. This months bill changed from the 24 month contract discount of $40 to a discount of $20. This should not have happened especially without notice.

I am a 100% disabled veteran and a senior on a fixed income. Can you help correct this please. Thank you
