Billing before Activation

Hi,

I ordered Xfinity Internet on 18th July and received the XFi gateway on 23rd July. However I don't plan on activating my device until 1st October, as I am travelling abroad.

I have reported this multiple times to Xfinity Chat Support.

However, a bill has been generated on 20th August with auto-pay scheduled for 12th September. I expect my billing cycle to begin from the day i choose to activate my device.

Can someone kindly reverse the current bill? The amount is $41.37
