Billing assistance needed for cancelled, unactivated order
Hello,
I need assistance from an Xfinity Employee to correct a billing error on a final statement.
I recently placed a new order and my services were set to begin on June 19th. Due personal circumstances, I formally submitted a cancellation request on June 29th. The services were never activated or plugged in. Because I cancelled within 10 days of the order date, I am well within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee window. However, an automated final bill was still generated.
Could an official employee please reply to this thread so I can securely direct message you my account details and get this unactivated balance zeroed out?
Thank you!
