Billing and refund

1. Would like a refund of 180.20 for a returned phone on may 28,2026 id number 4993387388221867264 because after several hours in the phone with your reps the advanced team told me to return the phone

2. Was told by Shane [Edited: Private information] Xfinity store we would get $ 400.00 each new device that we had the phone number ported over to you and that we would get one line of service free for a year.

this is not the case you are billing us for the phone we returned to you as well as 3 lines of service when we only have two ( which one should be free for a year per your promotion) and full price for the two phones we kept.

my next bill shows 160 in July 17 2026

per Ethan [Edited:Private information] it should be closer to 89.40 to reflect the promotion that did not go through on your end he did give us a ECM 0023111689 for the free line promo but should reflect for a total of two lines one for 30 and one free

after spending hours on the phone with your reps and being told by your store personal have no idea where the phone is and that it was sent back to your warehouse (per Archer) Xfinity store employee at Mill Creek WA location

Can someone please process refund and correct our service agreement to what was promised when we signed up as well as remove the payments for the 17 e I phone we returned.  I have the paper work if you need copies but it should be in the notes

thank you

user_ltkcel Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your Xfinity mobile return and billing concerns. For the return, the refund would be processed after it was graded. This normally can take around 5 days. Could you tell me how it was returned?

The free line offer has been available for some time and is exclusive to new customers. Have you, by chance, had services with us in the past? With the current offer, it is exclusive to new customers, so if you did have Xfinity services previously, even if it has been some time, it would not be eligible for the free line offer.
