Ok, I have tried a few times to change my plan, Get rid of things i don't need and try to lower my bill. Every time the person i speak with barely speaks or understands English. I have ended up with two smart watches that i am being billed for that i was told was free. They converted my land line to mobile telling me the phone was free, it is not. And my internet and tv charges are out of hand. I cannot afford this at all and it will all be shut off soon and i will be forced to try and find alternatives. Someone who actually understands what i am saying please reach out and contact me. If they call me while i am at work, please leave a GOOD contact number as i cannot take non emergency calls while on the clock.
