Billing and fees OUTRAGEOUS!!!
STOP PRICE GOUGING!! I had told you several times financial hardships are nothing to joke about. I have asked several times to work with me regarding getting back on track. I had asked several times prior to changes my account to internet only. It only took at least 6 attempts to finally get that situated and thay was becasie I had gone in person. How the [Edited: Language] am I going to get charged 200 for equipment because I have not brought it back yet. I still wanted to work with you and get reconnected. The bill as it is is outrageous and you won't even work with me to make a payment plan until I can get back on track. [Edit: Solicitation] Seriously, please get your [Edit: Language] together and work with people who still would like to continue services.
