Billing and Downgrade

When do changes in Billing show-up in the Account.

I dropped TV this month but the Bill still shows a charge for TV for a Sept payment.

Thanks.  SInce I could not find a specific site to get the change, I decided to knock the front door--- your firm's main number.  The operator got me to a person who resolved the issue.
