I've been trying to get a response from Xfinity for nearly 2 months. I did get 1 response and I replied as requested but I never got another response. Now when I click on the reps name (as directed) there is no way for me to reply. I get this:

However there is no "Send a Message" to select from. I need to get help with this. I can't pay this insane amount every month. Are there any humans working for Comcast??? Please help.
