Billing after cancellation date
After reading through some of these comments I am glad I am not the only facing the issue of being charged even after receiving a confirmation that my service cancellation request has been processed fully. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hello @user_xztvpu, thank you for reaching out on our community forum. When it comes to cancellation it takes 30 days for the final billing statement to post with any final bill or credits that are leftover on the account. What date was your service disconnected?
