Hello @user_1d3c92. We appreciate you for posting, so you can get your bill paid. I understand how frustrating this must be, and wanted to let you know that you can easily find this information by viewing your bill online. When you click on "View bill details & history", your bill will be displayed.
On the bottom of the first page, under the "Amount enclosed" box, there is an area that says "Send payment to", where you will mail your payment to.
