Billing Address Atlanta

Good Evening Comcast\xfinity team

I live in Atlanta, Georgia.  I'm trying to set up Comcast Xfinity payments in my BillPay account.  Is the current billing address still

..or  has it changed?  If so, please share the current address.  I am on paperless billing so I cannot see a mailing address.

If you have a paper statement or a PDF, the billing address will be on the coupon.

I have not been able to pay my bill online for the past 2 months, including this one.  I believe this has happened at least twice before this. I keep getting a "having trouble--try again later" notice.  The Comcast Q&A responses on Xfinity like this to people's questions about where to pay by mail are infuriating--obviously if they (or I) could access the payment address on their statements, they would.  But I am out of town without access to my paper mail, and I  can neither pay nor access a copy of my bill online.  When someone gives you their home city and asks for an address, surely you could give them the payment address for that city.  (I am in Atlanta.) Why doesn't Comcast post an updated list of payment addresses by city, as the IRS does for tax returns and tax filing extensions??  I have tried repeatedly today to get into my bill online, but can't. The time allocated this month for paying bills is over, so I am going to mail my payment to the Charlotte address for Atlanta that a consumer posted in one of those Q&A's--it's all I know to do.

user_ahej9f Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your online account. Are you getting the error after logging in with your Xfinity user ID and password? Or is the error showing up right after you try to access our website? Have you tried using our Xfinity App? If that does not work, I would try a different device, clearing the cache and cookies, or a different browser. You can also check our How to make a payment on your Xfinity Account article for more options.
