billing acp

Xfinity is charging for when ACP low connectivity takes place even though they are not providing the services. In addition, they added the plan that I had before with all the fees for equipment rental and tried to convince me I add the services. After I asked for proof, they changed their stand and said that the amount due was what I would pay if ACP didn't take effect. I have been charged for services I didn't receive, including cable which is not covered by ACP. Even more, that didn't reflect on my bill until 4 days before the cycle ended and my balance was $-30. They told me that my bill statement doesn't matter what matters is what they see in their system. I asked why the customer couldn't get the same bill statement, but they didn't explain why. There may maybe a loophole where they are taking advantage of ACP, [Edited: "Solicitation"]. Xfinity already has a bunch of hidden fees that will not show up in your statement. Did anyone have a similar issue?

Hello @user_s5spl7! I apologize that you have experienced billing issues. Since we bill one month in advance, you may not see added charges (i.e. on demand, etc.) made until the next billing cycle; however, all charges will appear on your billing statements. I would love to look into your billing issue further to determine what charges may appear on a future billing statement for you. Please send us a direct message with your first/last name and full address. You can start by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're signed in to your forums profile and because you have already posted to the public page, you should have the option to do so.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
