Billing 2nd increase
I only have internet. The first year my bill was $35 with the promotion. The 2nd year, after the promotion ended, my bill increased to the agreed up $55. This year (3rd year), my bill yet again increased to $72. Why did I have this 2nd increase?

Based on the information you've provided, it sounds like you may have been in a common type of promotional period where part of the discount rolled off after 12 months, and the remainder after 24 months. I would be glad to take a look at your account and billing statement together just to investigate this further so there are no surprises!
