Billing - 2 properties
Hello, I have 2 accounts that are associated with 2 properties. I would like to able to view both of them on on statement when I log in to my account. I have tried linking the accounts like you guys have suggested, but it keeps telling me that I need to contact you. Once I do, I have to speak to several people & no one seems to know how to get the accounts on 1 statement! I really would like to have internet at both of these properties & also have them on 1 statement to review each month since I want auto-pay. Please help!

Hello! How’s it going today? I can see how important it would be to have both accounts linked to help manage them. You can definitely link the accounts to view them both under one log in though the Xfintiy MyAccount app and through Xfintiy.com. [Edit: Formatting] It sounds like you want the bill to be printed with both accounts under one statement though, is that correct? If so, the statements will be separate still with the specific charges and discounts for each account/property. However, you can access both with one log in.
