Billed twice

I was billed twice in July and no refund issued after I made the report via your online service. Just received an email that service would be suspended. What is going on?

Hello, @user_09mrnz! Thank you for taking the time to create a new post with your billing questions. I can understand the concern, and would be happy to help in any way that I can! Two attempts to pull payment in the same month could be due to the first payment not going through. Have you confirmed that both amounts cleared your bank account/card in July? Did the recent email about service suspension list the reason as non-payment? If so, it sounds like we attempted to collect your payment more than once and were unsuccessful. You may need to confirm the card or account being used, especially if Auto Pay is turned on. Please let me know if this helps!
