Billed Twice After Cancellation

Hello,

I have been billed after cancellation. I put in a cancellation order for 7/31, spoke to a rep, they gave me a confirmation number. After 7/31 I got an email with a bill for the month. I spoke to another customer rep from billing and they assured me that it was not something I needed to pay and I even have the conversation transcript. Just yesterday, I received an email saying that because I was late to paying the bill, I've been billed again for a late fee. This is unacceptable. Either the second rep has lied to me, or something has gone wrong with your billing system.

user_1jcr44 Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for letting us know about the bill you received after cancelling service. While the disconnect order processes in the system, a new bill may generate, but any charges for service after the billing was stopped will automatically be waived on the final bill. I want to collect your information and make sure the order was set up properly.
