Billed of services not received
I signed up for internet and phone service Sept 2024 There was a sale on phone service. We owned our phones and was switching service. We found out that one phone needed to wait a week to have the transfer approved from old carrier. The sales person told me that she could switch our phone for a unlocked phone for free so we could get the services started that day. That is when things went wrong. We have been paying for three phones for a year now. We can not cancel the phone we do not have without paying for the phone we do not have. I have called several time to try and correct this. Each time they tell me it will be corrected in two months. Apr 13, 2025 ticked number [Edited: "Personal Information"] and nothing changed. Called again in June and they were nice and said it would be corrected by Aug 2025 ticket number [Edited: "Personal Information"].
I go to the Xfinity store and they tell me they can not help me. At this point it would be cheaper for me to pay for the phone I do not have.
I would like someone from Xfinity Mobile to help.
