Billed incorrectly for Netflix.

I got new plan 7/1/24. Streaming 3 for 15.00 and 10.00 credit for auto pay. The auto pay was 264.57 which was for June which included my Netflix. I got charge today on my credit care for 16.57 for Netflix , I’m paying 2x for Netflix. I need this corrected, I’ve been trying to get help for 2 hours.

I have the text from the agent that my new bill would be 225.00 including tax and the new 15.00 stream saver and 10.00 credit for autopay
