Billed incorrectly even after they said it would revert
I had some equipment to return that was late and was told that they would revert the charges so I would see a change in my bill. There was also an increase in my bill even though I had just signed a 2 year contract for a set price. A week went by and the bill never changed. I reached out again and the xfinity agent said they had the record of the items being returned and my bill would remain at the price I agreed to when I signed the contract. And to disregard the old bill. I was never sent an updated bill even though they said I would.
I was just charged the original amount. The charges were never reverted.
How do I get this fixed?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
