Billed from old apartment after moving and transferring servive

I moved out of my apartment on 1/20 and transferred my WiFi account to my new house on 1/22. I was just charged the amount that I previously paid and it says I will be charged again for my new service on 2/12. Why was I charged for my old home?

@user_c41mli Hello! Thank you for your post. There are a few reasons why this might be happened. Possible causes are that your Autopay was finalized before the transfer was completed, or the old account wasn't properly closed due to needing services at both homes at the same time.
