Billed for service I don't have
I'm being billed for using Xfinity Mobile even though I never used this service at all. This isn't the first time this has happened, so I requested a cancellation for Xfinity Mobile last month and was told it was canceled. I spoke with a live service agent and they said they canceled it. I spoke with an agent at the store and they said it was canceled. The website said I no longer had an Xfinity Mobile Account and that my bill payment was $0.00. Now they took money out of my bank account with zero paper trail to follow as to why.
Is there anyway I can get them to give me my money back?. How do I get them to delete my credit card information? I thought I was done with this terrible company.
