Billed for equipment that hasn't been returned, but we don't know what it is
We just noticed we have been billed for 10 billing cycles for equipment that Comcast claims we have not returned, but all we have is the xFi complete gateway. I actually thought this was just the rental fee for the gateway, but I recently learned that is included in the xFi complete fee. We would like this removed and credited because we don't have any other Comcast equipment, but I cannot get in tough with customer service and I don't have all day to continue trying. Feeling like Comcast has no respect for my time, or my money, unless it's the money owed to them.
What can I do about this? Looking for a representative to help. thanks.

@Some_Dude_Who_Returned_Equipment I can help! Please send me a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
