Billed for an address that should of been closed

Hello, I am a college student and I set up a wifi device for a house that I was supposed to live in but, things happened which caused us to a move in the same week, I have called numerous times, to get my account fixed and to remove this other place tied to my phone number, I have been charged 120 bucks for this place and I have called the mobile number to which they said I would get my credit back or my money back and this account will be removed. Can i get some sort of refund or help to remove this old address. This is infuriating as I have no way to be paying for two accounts at once.
